Inside Out S'Mores

Something really terrible happened the other night.

I opened up Pinterest - an addiction I thought I had laid to rest a few years ago. When Pinterest first swept the internet, I was completely caught up in it. I mean, what's better than being able to collect all those weird, fantastic things you find on the internet into one organized page??

It was great. And for a girl swimming through all the far corners of the web all the time, it was the perfect place for me to keep track of everything I loved.

But then it got to be too much. You could literally sit there browsing, learning new things, for hours!! Why would I stop? It WAS educational, after all. I was LEARNING.

We all know the first indication of a problem is denial. So I weaned myself off and left my Pinterest pages behind.

Until Thursday night. When, for some strange reason, I decided to peruse again and stumbled upon something called "Inside Out S'mores."

Do you need any more information?

No, didn't think so.

These were the absolute easiest thing to make and came out SO. DAMN. DELICIOUS. You probably already have all the ingredients in your cupboard!!

There are three simple steps to making these babies.

**Before we do anything, set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit**

NOW - first, you're going to assemble your brownie mix. I used Betty Crocker SUPREME Brownies with extra Hershey's syrup.

What does that even mean? Chocolate syrup inside a brownie? Hubba Hubba!

Pour half of your brownie batter into your prepared pan.

And cover all over with graham crackers!

Crack up the grahams to fit in all the corner parts!

Next, grab your mini marshmallows and start spreadin' the love.

Once you can barely see anything under the marshmallows, pour the rest of your brownie batter over the top of your concoction.

Spread it all over until it's like a chocolate blanket and everything is all snuggly inside.

Then pop that baby in the oven and sit your butt down for about 25 minutes.

Be wary that the normal toothpick/knife test won't work with this recipe because the marshmallow layer makes everything too gooey. So bake for 25 minutes, see what your gut tells you, keep it in there for a minute or two more, and then set them on the stove to cool.

It's going to be extremely hard to sit there and not eat it all in five minutes BUT BELIEVE ME - IT'S WORTH IT!!

Let them cool so they don't get all mushy and fall apart. If you let them cool, they'll retain their structure and end up looking like....

THAT! Look at those babeZ.

Chewy, fudgy brownie melts into a soft graham cracker that's kind of mixed up with all the gooey marshmallows. TOPPED OFF WITH MORE BROWNIE.

If that's not heaven on a plate, I don't know what is.

This really can't be called a recipe because it's the easiest thing I've ever made in my life aside from carrots and hummus. BUT whoever invented these mouth bursts of happiness was a genius.

I got the recipe here. Follow my new findings on Pinterest here!
